Just called to house owner. She is just so friendly. Happened to know that she has moved out the house for 2 months already. But being a responsible owner, she asked the maid to clean the house at least once a week, furthermore, she will ask the maid to clean the whole house again before hand in the key to us. My gosh... really thanks god for giving us a right house. :D
Finally after the month of April, We have the chance to view the house tomorrow. Excited~!! Now i think the penalty can be negotiated and also the time of moving in can be negotiated as well. Just too happy now. Don't know how to describe. Dont know who to tell. Just wish to share my mood right now. Hurray!!!
